Taking Science into the World
I serve as and advisor to MedFlow. Our team of physicians and technologists believes that everyone should be able to access quality healthcare affordably. We’ve seen firsthand that payers and provider groups alike are eager to adopt Value-Based Care but often lack the infrastructure to implement it. By simplifying Value-Based Care, we’re helping provider groups get rewarded financially for providing incredible care. The end goal is simple, a more equitable healthcare system for everyone.

The mission is to advance the ability to detect and track symptoms to allow more targeted and effective treatments. The University of Washington Alzheimer's Disease Research Center (ADRC) featured our work, at the time, in their Dimensions Magazine.

I spent 2 years designing and developing a magnetic resonance compatible Calf Exercise Device for a Whole-Body 3T MR scanner and the accompanying magnetic resonance spectroscopy visualization software. This device offers an alternative form of functional imaging and is used to measure changes in metabolism during exercise in real time in various diseases such as muscular dystrophy.
